Then it's just a matter of having it show up on your Google Home Hub or other Assistant-powered smart display. For that, you'll need the Google Home app for Android or iOS. Videos and audio files can’t be displayed over slideshows, and videos can’t be included – period. While you can play videos from other sources like YouTube, they can’t be sent directly to the hub like you can with Pix-Star’s frames – but more on that down below.

Even if you haven't set up a Live Album, Google offers a few smarter slideshow options. "Select family & friends" generates an automatically updating album of people regularly spotted in photos uploaded to Google Photos.

Each Live Album you create has a limit of 20,000 photos. To expand beyond that, create a new Live Album and enable it in the Photo frame settings. Your Nest display should show photos from all enabled albums.

Stream thousands of apps from your phone to your Hub Max with built-in Cast functionality. Just open the Chromecast-enabled app on your phone and tap the Cast button. Smart doorbell, the Hub will announce when someone's at the door.
This also means that you’re limited to the cloud storage available on your account . Find something you want to make, and the Home Hub will walk you through each of the steps. You can multitask while you cook and watch videos, play music, add something to your shopping list and set timers. When you're ready, just say "resume cooking" and it'll go back to where you left off in the recipe.
